Years at Nations: 5 years
Title: Chief Operating Officer
Education: Civil Engineering Degree
MBA in Organizational Management
How many years have you been at Nations?

For many years I have been a member of the Board of Directors and in 2020 I made a transition to working part-time helping in the financial and operations side of the company. In late 2022 I left a job in the Oil and Gas field in the US and have transitioned to full time and am so excited about the move.

What do you love most about your job?

The workday is never quiet, now in all honestly sometimes it is very chaotic, but I admit that I like to be busy. I get a lot of opportunities to perform triage where we identify something that needs to be studied, we analyze the issue and implement a fix/repair. At Nations we are very nimble and can make changes very quickly. We see how the changes go, analyze success or failure, learn from our mistakes, and move forward…it’s very exciting.

How would you describe yourself in three words?

Driven, Results Oriented

If you could interview anyone living or dead, who would it be and why?

My maternal grandfather. From what I hear we would have gotten on very well. I never got a chance to meet him but would love to be able to talk to him and understand how similar we are.

What are your favorite shows to watch on TV?

I watch so many, I can’t give a specific favorite.
