Comprised of four mandatory units in total:

• Finance for Managers
Level 5
Comprised of six units in total, four mandatory units and two optional units for a Specialist Stream. Mandatory units are:
• Managing Agile Organisations and People
• Innovation and Business Performance
• Effective Financial Management
• International Business Economics & Markets
Optional units are:
Level 5 Diploma in Business Management– must choose 2:
• Operations Management
• Analytical Decision Making
• Managing Stakeholder Relationships
Level 5 Diploma in Management & Marketing– must choose 2:
• Human Resource Management
• Employee Engagement
• The HR Professional
Level 5 Diploma in Management & Human Resources– must choose 2:
• Integrated Marketing Communications
• Buyer & Consumer Behaviour
• Societal & Social Marketing
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Level 4
Open Access. It is preferred to have at least CSEC/IGCSE qualifications in Math and English.
Level 5
Applicants must have obtained one of the following:
An ABE Level 4 Certificate; or two ‘A’ levels; or any equivalent overseas qualification.
In addition ABE welcomes applicants with 2 years working experience at a supervisory level with a signed employer’s reference letter.
COURSE DURATION
Course durations vary depending on how quickly you are able to finish your classes
Level 4 The course runs for 6-12 months
Level 5 The course runs for 12-18 months

*These fees can be paid in installments
ASSESSMENTS
Students are assessed by both assignments and examinations which will bemarked by ABE. Those resitting exams, or who are not registered students of Nations, pay an Admin Fee of G$10,000 per subject when sitting exams.
