Felicia Mohamed manages the Law Programme as well as runs the Procurement and Supply Certificate and Diploma courses. Felicia is a staunch supporter of her students and is always searching for ways to better serve student needs and create value for both Nations as well as our clientelle. Felicia manages many short courses as well as longer Master courses in Public Health and Education for which she has a great deal of experience.
Felicia Mohamed is quite possibly the “bubbliest” person in the office.

Nations has given me a new beginning and a new perspective on life; I have lost, gained, and grown at Nations.
What is something you are excited about in your department this year at Nations?
Changes!!, I think changes are good, especially when they come from a different standpoint. There are pros and cons to changes, but it is a risk worth taking because it’s the only way to learn what works best.
Was there a teacher or professor who made a profound impact on you?
Dr Brian O’Toole, I am driven by his profound thinking and leadership skill.
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with people from all walks of life.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Charismatic, family oriented and funny (guess that’s 5 words)
What is one of your best Nations memories?
Nations has many good memories, but one of my favourites is the Essequibo island tour with my coworkers; it was a day full of fun, games, unity, and love.
What are your favorite shows to watch on TV?
Family feud, mysteries, and detective shows.
As a child, what did you want to be “when you grew up”?
I wanted to be an air hostess because it would allow me to travel.
If you had to describe Nations to someone who didn’t know anything about it, what would you say?

What does leadership mean to you?
Leadership is the ability to equip those around you with the tools they need to reach their full potential.
What were you like in high school?
Funny, chatty, and always the captain of the ship, lol.
